Meet the Matchmaker
A Letter From the Matchmaker
I love the love industry. I started in the wedding world and somehow landed in matchmaking—two sides of the same story. I’ve celebrated couples doing the victory lap with their forever person and now guide singles still searching for the one.
I’ve worked with hyper-local boutique firms and matched for the nation’s largest company. Over the years, I’ve learned that the best love stories balance structure and spontaneity, intention and attraction.
When I started thinking about what modern singles actually need, I wanted to create something that captures what traditional matchmaking often isn't brave enough to do—deliver unfiltered truths with empathy and belief in luck. That's how Shooting Cake was born. I shoot straight about which efforts are worth the calories—and when it's time to politely say, "Thanks, I'm full.”
Because not every cake makes it to the altar, but every story deserves it’s chance.
Modern dating is both my career and my curiosity—it’s what keeps me up at night. You can find more of my straight-shooting takes on Medium, or book a consultation with me if considering matchmaking.
